This rehabilitation project is an example of an intervention in a former parish house. It has been designed to allow future residents to benefit from accessible and thermally efficient housing, while maintaining a dialogue and proximity with the old stone and the history of the Commune of Saint Barthelemy. This development of three dwellings shows that the use of the existing heritage has its full place in the future housing policy in France.
