The urban Tiny House transforms a garage into a 59 square yard home that feels remarkably spacious due to intelligent space optimization. A parking space is converted into a multifunctional living area, seamlessly combining living and office work. The concrete garage driveway is de-paved and turned into a functional garden space for parking and charging the electric vehicle. This built initiative embodies a forward-thinking vision where comfort meets simplicity. The urban Tiny House is a pioneering concept that demonstrates how 1+1 = 3, showing how living space can flexibly adapt to different uses without losing functionality, and encourages us to rethink our way of life and architectural design.
It is characterized by the art of minimalism and creates a healthy environment through the use of bio-based materials to minimize ecological impacts. Instead of the original concrete floor, the parking space for an electric car is realized in a stabilized green area. With its vertical gardens, this project not only reduces the ecological footprint but also brings a touch of rural charm right into the city.
